National Automotive Supplier

A large automotive supply manufacturing facility requested the services of SES in developing their Safety and Health Training Program. The company had recently lost one of their safety professionals and chose to outsource their Safety and Health training program.

SES conducted an on-site review of safety procedures, gathered information, obtained photos and interviewed employees to assess safety training needs. A complete new employee safety and health training program was developed, and SES provided experienced, professional instruction on a weekly basis for over 4 months. Training included: quality instruction, student manuals with practical exercises, PowerPoint presentation material, interactive learning activities, and instructional expertise for future trainers.

The end result was a more thorough and effective new employee safety-training program for the company that was created without compromising quality, timeliness, or professionalism.
